We have once again raided our vegetable drawer to make room for something new. Admittedly, this delicacy still looks a little wintery, but somehow we are still in an intermediate world.

 

This rather quickly created delight was refined with (ready-bought) kimchi for those who wanted it and was simply heavenly.

So we recommend a cooking apron, chopping board, a sharp knife, the right playlist or birdsong through the open kitchen window.

When purchasing ingredients, we naturally pay attention to the very highest organic quality.

We need

Everything our vegetable drawer has to offer - in this case:

Mushrooms

Onion

Cabbage sprouts

Rocket

If you like: goat's cheese, kimchi and anything else you think is suitable

Frying oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and whatever else you need

 

🌱 Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms and put them to one side

🌱 Heat the oil again and sauté the onion and halved cabbage sprouts in it

🌱 Arrange the rocket on the plates

🌱 Drape the vegetables on top

🌱 If you like, add cheese and kimchi

🌱 Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and enjoy!!!
